WELCOME TO TKS MOBILE NOTARY & APOSTILLE SERVICES
I became a notary in the mid 1990’s while working in my first legal office setting (I am not, nor have I ever been, an attorney). I have maintained my notary status continuously since that time, and in November 2012 started TKS Mobile Notary. The main idea was to provide personal, professional and accurate notary services taken directly to my client’s doorstep, in a fashion that is best suited to each individual customer.
EXPERIENCE AS A NOTARY PUBLIC
I have closed over 8,500 real estate loans: Refinances, Seller Packets, New Purchase Mortgage, Split Closings, VA Loans, Reverse Mortgage, HELOC /HELO, Structured Settlements, Business Loans and Construction Loans. APOSTILLE SERVICES
TKS Mobile Notary resides in the heart of Lansing, MI, less than 2.5 miles from the Office of the Great Seal. Contact us to obtain an Apostille/Certificate of Authority for Michigan documents, usually with a 24-48 hour turnaround time. After the documents have been Authenticated, we will scan you copies and ship the same day with your shipping label. Fees start at $75 with an additional $50 per Apostille needed. As a full time wife and mother, I understand that not all documents can be signed between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., nor can they always be done in the location of the individuals preparing the documents.
