TKS Mobile Notary - Notary Service to Your Door
Where Can I find a Notary?
There are many places to obtain the services of a Notary Public, and if you are reading this, a great place to start is with me, a mobile notary who will come to you!
However, since I always like to make sure that I am providing the best customer service possible, the answer of ME, as a mobile notary, is not always the best suited answer to you as the customer.
One of the first questions I always ask an individual that contacts me is if they are able to get out during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm? The reason for asking this question is simple: If I am able to help someone receive a service for free (since I do charge a fee), why not advise someone something that they may not otherwise know? Many banks will provide this service for free. Banks cannot always notarize your document (I9 forms are a common document), nevertheless, calling your bank or credit union to see if they can help you is a great start.
Attorney Office - Another location that may be able to help is your attorney office, if you have one on retainer or are currently working with one. These services may be specific to the current legal action you are involved in, however, it cannot hurt to ask.
United Parcel Service (UPS) – These locations will sometimes have a notary on hand to notarize a document, and will charge you $10 per notarization. Call your local UPS office to inquire if there is a notary on staff.
If the options above are not the best solution for you, then a mobile notary like myself would probably be the answer. A mobile notary will travel to the location you are at, or meet you in a mutually convenient location, and perform notarizations outside of normal business hours.
